“The Bracebridge Dinner” is a Christmas extravaganza held every year at Yosemite’s Ahwahnee Hotel. The show is a dinner theatre, the story based on Washington Irving’s “A Christmas at Bracebridge Hall”.

Eight performances of “The Bracebridge Dinner” are presented between December 13th and December 25th. See “Bracebridge” on menu on left for a preview of the show. Also presented are Christmas choral concerts and a musical theatre show. See “Calendar” on left for the rehearsal dates. Rehearsals are held in the S.F. Bay Area in October and November.

Andrea Fulton Productions is holding auditions for singers and actors on June 26, 2010, from 11am to 3pm. We are hearing all voice categories and asking actors to read for various roles. All those auditioning for acting parts are required to both sing and act. Dancing is a big plus. If you're not a dancer per se, we are fine with "singers who move well". If you are interested in auditioning, please e-mail your headshot and resume to:

info@thebracebridgedinner.com

We will get back to you with your audition time.

Please bring two songs of contrasting nature, i.e. an up tune and a ballad. Bring songs that show you off to your best advantage. Songs that show a comedic bent are very welcome. An accompanist will be provided. If we feel you are right for one of the acting roles, we will provide sides at the audition, giving you time to study the lines before auditioning.

Bring dance shoes for dance/movement audition.

Auditions will be held at Calvary Church, 2140 Olivera Court, Concord, CA

All positions are paid, with room and board for the performer and their family. Arrival in Yosemite is December 11th, with departure on the 26th. The cast is made up of musical theatre and opera singers, many of whom have done this show for 20+ years. It is a beautiful event, now in its 83rd year of performance. This is a non-Equity show.
